A dedicated-resource contract looks simple on paper: supply engineers at L1 and L2. In practice the customer’s audit and project-management teams expect a lot more.
The quarterly rhythm
- Attendance reports submitted for sign-off before invoicing.
- KYC documents and ID cards for every resource, updated on each replacement.
- A business-continuity plan and risk-assessment responses for internal audit.
- Escalation of application-level issues to the right OEM or software partner, with the customer kept informed.
Why it matters
Missing any of these delays invoices and risks penalties against the performance guarantee. We apply the same template to every resource contract we run.
