The India development centres of a global technology company raise frequent purchase orders for workstations, peripherals, storage and accessories across multiple legal entities and sites, with strict ETA reporting and SEZ/DTA delivery documentation.
What we did
We hold the vendor relationship on the customer’s procurement platform, source from Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Logitech and other OEMs, and deliver to Bengaluru, Hyderabad and other sites with the correct invoicing for SEZ and DTA locations.
Outcome
Dozens of purchase orders fulfilled every quarter with ETA tracking on every line, and a group relationship that also covers the same customer in Australia and New Zealand.
